Directs and oversees the efficient and effective operations for a large number (11 or more) of ambulatory practices, hospital based practices, and/or diagnostic facilities. Education/ Experience. Bachelors Degree (Required)Diverse management experience/knowledge (Required)Ambulatory healthcare administration, managed-care, change management or other relevant experience (Required)Responsibilities. Supervises Practice Managers and Team Coordinators assigned to one or more practices. Develops and executes a strategic plan that aligns with the organizational objectives related to staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety and security..
