Seeking junior level QC Helpers! Shift: M-F 9 am-5:30 pm. Paying $15-17/hr. The Quality Specialist conducts tests on products or components to measure performance and identify quality issues. She/he needs to check the products to comply with guidelines and specifications. She/he maintains precise records of the findings, documenting any design or manufacturing issues which help to ensure that defects are quickly remedied and don't recur in the future. Quality specialists work as testers, samplers, and inspectors of quality control in the company. Job Responsibilities - Conducts inspection, testing, and/or screening for defects in components. - Uses of microscopes for further inspection and hand picking of small components using tweezers. - Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs into quality database. - Keeps measurement equipment operating by following SOPs (standard operating procedures).
