We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will oversee all Human Resources functions for Sensient Natural Ingredients at the Livingston facility, driving excellence in Employee/ Labor Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Performance Management, Legal Compliance, Workers Compensation, Benefits, HR Reporting, and Training & Development. Partner closely with the Director of Human Resources to make critical decisions on sensitive matters, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
