Direct Support Professional I - Individual Supports. Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation As a direct support professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with a diverse spectrum of abilities and challenges. This may include assisting with daily living activities, promoting social and communication skills, and supporting community engagement. This role will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized plans that align with each person's goals and needs, while maintaining quality, service excellence and ethical standards.
