Lead & support Service Coordinators through supervision, coaching and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance by conducting audits & maintaining adherence to policies & regulations. Oversee referrals, caseload assignments, & review documentation and service plans. Assist with day-to-day program operations, including managing on-call scheduled and handling complaints. Coordinate training needs, participate in hiring and support staff development. Maintain community partnerships & actively contribute to policy development and team meetings. A master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, or education. AND 3 years of mental health direct care experience. OR a bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, AND 3 years mental health direct care experience.
