The Manufacturing Engineer will enhance and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves defining and implementing change processes, managing fixtures, utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and programming and maintaining tools. The Manufacturing Engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensure seamless implementation of process changes, and support future projects by setting up lines, ensuring station readiness, and installing equipment. Additionally, the engineer will provide critical support during production startups and ongoing production operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Complete ownership and clear communication are key to succeeding in this role. The goal is to ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while meeting production targets and maintaining high standards of quality.
