Responsible for the development of the overall strategic plan and directs the ongoing operations of our Slot Operations, Slot Performance, Table Games, Casino Beverage, and EVS teams for Isle of Capri Casino Hotel Boonville. Other reasonable duties may be assigned. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: Slot Operations Manager, Slot Performance Manager, Table Games Manager. Develop and implement specific strategies for games layout and mix, revenue growth, expense management, customer service, and comping, to maximize profitability. Drive improved results through staff development and training programs, and established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high-quality service, then monitor results through inspection, evaluation and analysis.
