Job Description SummaryThis position is within the esteemed GN&C Analysis software and algorithms group, a core Draper capability and competency. This position provides end to end system lifecycle support with analysis informing concept development, system design, and validation. A Senior GN&C Analyst with 5 to 10 years of engineering experience in analysis, simulation, and modeling of GN&C systems for military and/or commercial aerospace applications is sought. Familiarity with modeling inertial sensors, navigation aids, vehicle kinematics, and estimation filters will be necessary to be successful in this position. A minimum experience demonstrating deep knowledge with one of these areas will be necessary and additional are preferred. In this position you will work closely with a team of engineers of varied disciplines and backgrounds as a key contributor in providing GN&C analysis derived from system design. Analysis methods utilized involve execution and development of linear covariance analysis, Monte-Carlo, and Software in the Loop (SWIL) tools. The ability to summarize analysis results into concise conclusions for technical and non-technical audiences will be required.

Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
Masters or PhD in a related field is preferred.
Experience
5-10 years of Software Engineering or related experience is required.
