We're seeking a warm, friendly, and highly organized Center Concierge to be the welcoming face of our school and a helping hand throughout the day.Position Overview: The Center Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for families, staff, and visitors. This position combines excellent customer service with light administrative and operational support. You'll help create a smooth and welcoming experience for families, offer gentle support to children as they arrive and leave, and lend a helping hand wherever it's needed. Key Responsibilities:Greet families, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalismAssist parents with check-in/check-out procedures and general inquiriesManage phone calls, emails, and walk-in questions in a timely, helpful mannerSupport daily operations (light clerical tasks, tidying shared spaces, organizing materials)Help ensure the lobby and front desk are clean, organized, and welcomingProvide occasional classroom or event support as neededAssist the administrative and teaching staff with small tasks and errands throughout the dayQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support (experience in a childcare or school setting is a plus!)Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanorStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable interacting with children, families, and staffBasic computer skills (email, data entry, calendar management) Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour The Learning ExperienceAt The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and growOur curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
