  • Represent Talent Acquisition in the exploration and implementation of new systems and the coordination of these new systems with existing recruiting processes and technology and core HR systems. Oversee upgrades and optimization of current tech stack.
  • Identify improvements and provide thoughtful solutions to streamline recruiting operations and improve user experience for internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Compile reports from a variety of sources in collaboration with organizational partners related to recruiting metrics and operational health data. Evaluate and analyze data against market benchmarks and YoY metrics. Present findings to a wide range of audiences, including leadership.
  • Lead projects within Talent Acquisition and provide support within large-scale projects that align with organizational priorities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technical field (or equivalent related experience)
  • At least 5 years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated data analysis and project management experience
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and influence others to deliver results
  • Ability to define business requirements and translate into solutions
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with enterprise-level tools and systems: Workday Recruiting, Paradox, ServiceNow, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of energy/utilities industry, including bargaining and non-bargaining positions
  • Experience building dashboards with Power BI
