The East Point Health Center is a part of the Community Medicine neighborhood clinics of Grady Health System. The Physician will provide direct outpatient medical services and continuity of care for a panel of patients in assigned neighborhood health centers. QUALIFICATIONS Doctorate of Medicine (MD or DO) is required. Completion of primary care residency program At least 2 years' experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred Must be licensed by the state of Georgia without restriction to practice medicine.
