This role provides support in the form of developing new analytical methods and strategies to support efforts in the early development of engineered lentivirus leading to new and impactful gene therapies at Legend Biotech. In addition, this role would generate critical data enabling the evaluation of lentiviral vector candidates through exploratory phases as well as continued collaboration with Quality teams. Key Responsibilities Lentiviral vector (LVV) functional titration through transduction and flow cytometry LVV genetic payload quantification via d. PCR LVV protein concentration determination via ligand binding assays (ie.
