What You&[ What You'll Do:\n\n\n\t\n\t. Support operational workflows and provider network engagement across value-based care and ACO models\n\t\n\t\n\t. Manage provider outreach through e-blasts, faxes, and telephony systems, ensuring timely, effective communication\n\t\n\t\n\t. Analyze, manipulate, and report on large data sets using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and support decision-making\n\t\n\t\n\t. Coordinate resolution of provider inquiries related to claims, attributions, and documentation\n\t\n\t\n\t. Maintain accurate records, update shared drives, and support the development of policies and procedures\n\t\n\n\n. What You'll Bring:\n\n\n\t\n\t. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration - or equivalent experience (5 years)\n\t\n\t\n\t. Minimum of 1 year in healthcare strategy, provider services, or business development\n\t\n\t\n\t. Experience using Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Mail. Chimp (preferred)\n\t\n\t\n\t.
