Lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians, providing daily supervision, coaching, and support. Set clear performance expectations for the quality team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and quality goals. Conduct performance evaluations, identify opportunities for professional development, and implement necessary training programs for team members. Ensure that the quality team adheres to established processes, procedures, and safety protocols, maintaining the highest standards of quality in all operations. Foster an environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and problem-solving among team members. Quality Management System (QMS): Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's AS 9100-certified Quality Management System.
