The Pre-Service Coordinator Level I is responsible for performing basic scheduling and pre-registration tasks under close supervision. This role assists with scheduling diagnostic tests, obtaining basic insurance information, and handling patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The Level 1 Coordinator works closely with the Patient Financial Services Director to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient information while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
