Key Accountabilities - Develop and implement maintenance plans for nuclear power plants. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Provide technical support to other departments as needed. - Technical Competence - Teamwork/ Operational Excellence - Problem Solving/ Decision Making - Results Orientation. Education, Experience, & Skills Required - Bachelors degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. - 5 years of experience in nuclear maintenance. - Knowledge of nuclear power plant systems and components. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
