The Managing Director is a player/coach, maintaining and growing their own portfolio while providing leadership, direction, and supervision to a team of Corporate Banking Director's, Principals, Associates and Analysts. This leader ensures coordination of due diligence and workflow of team members to ensure compliance with appropriate standards, and completion in a timely manner. This position is expected to solicit participations in the public debt issuance of their clients. Individuals in this position must be approved by the Managing Director Committee. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
