Nanny Needed For My Children

I am currently home full-time with my twin boys and I work about 10 hours per week remotely. I am looking to pick up more remote hours, but in order to do so would need childcare help in our home. I would be here, and able to assist. The main concern is being able to do my work when it is needed and having someone here to help with the boys. They typically wake up around 7, breakfast around 8, nap from 11-1, lunch around 1-1:30. The rest of the day is pretty free until dinner time.
