BS/ MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering 10 years experience in Hardware project management of electromechanical equipment, high power electrical components Desired experience in Energy & Utility technology, Automotive/ EV charging infrastructure, Industrial Automation or Manufacturing Strong understanding of hardware development processes, including electrical engineering, mechanical design, and firmware integration Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Demonstrated experience bringing products to market Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure project success.
