UNIT DIRECTOR (Oceanway Elementary and Middle School) TITLE: Unit Director - School Based. DEPARTMENT: Operations, Designated School. REPORTS TO: Area Director. CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt. SALARY: $50,000/yr. HOURS: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; occasional weekend hours POSITION SUMMARY: The Unit Director manages the overall daily operations of the designated after-school site with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, community relations, and membership administration. This encompasses planning, coordinating, implementing, and supervising all Club program personnel (which includes ongoing recruitment and retention of a specified number of part-time staff members).
