Responsible for the proper handling and completion of all activity relating to daily adjustment items submitted from branches, other financial institutions and the Fed. How You will Make an Impact Travel for training as needed. Receive and work daily adjustment requests. Work adjustment cases in an accurate and timely manner, following federal laws and requirements. Maintain Fed account to receive and send adjustment items. Work with Image Processing department to resolve problems with duplicate electronic items. Communicate and resolve issues with the Recon Department to clear outstanding debits and credits. Log and track adjustment cases in the On. Base and Vector systems. Submit proper paperwork to management for charge off items that are not collectable. Assist Cadence Bank branches and corresponding banks with adjustments on their customer's accounts. Work with Treasury Management Department to resolve problems with Express Deposit customers.
