The Payroll and Labor Compliance Specialist ensures accurate payroll processing and full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, with a focus on California and Arizona. This role is critical in managing certified payroll, prevailing wage requirements, and labor tracking systems, especially for public works and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with OCIP/ CCIP programs and be well-versed in multi-jurisdictional compliance. Job Responsibilities Payroll Administration Process multi-state payroll with a focus on California and Arizona regulations.
