This University Program Associate shall be responsible for providing multifaceted support related to graduate programs offered within the Bryan School. Activities shall be in personnel and financial processing, as well as making contributions to general operations and student support. As outlined in greater detail below, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the Bryan Schools graduate assistantship process, budget maintenance, financial processing to meet operational needs, and general program support. For success in this position, the individual will need a high degree of accuracy/attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and comfort using data platforms and technology. As this is a team-oriented role, the individual must be able to work well with others, engage in clear and professional communication tailored to various audiences, and provide excellent customer service.
