This individual is primarily responsible for the recruitment of prospective transfer and second-degree students entering the Universitys undergraduate programs. This position requires travel to participate in recruitment events, assisting with communication and appointments, giving presentations, application file review and working with graduate assistants/student workers. This position requires an individual with confidence; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; a high level of commitment; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Director supports and advances the mission of the University as an institution dedicated to providing a high-quality education. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree.
