Serves as a member of the Office of Residential Life (ORL) team. Responsible for the community development, student engagement and learning, and management of a residential community housing first-year, returning and/or graduate students. Directly supervises Resident Advisors (RAs). In all actions, maintains privacy and confidentiality of records in accordance with established University policy as well as applicable federal regulations appropriate to higher education. Performs all duties in full support of the Universitys mission, understanding the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the Universitys students. This is a live-in staff position, responsible for responding to emergency situations at all hours, including evenings and weekends.
