Proven ability to communicate and perform simple arithmetic Put labels on product to be shipped Package items and prepare them for shipment Grade product for quality control Pull orders from warehouse based on manifest Repack cases into smaller increments (i.e. 5-10 lb. units) Assemble boxes and Stack boxes Operate conveyor Stock items Knowledge of produce Ensure quality of product is acceptable and meets standards Follow all safety rules and regulations Follow any other requests or instructions given by the Manager or Supervisor Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of product up to 50 lbs. during the shift, infrequent lifting up to 60 lbs. Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling Must be able to stand in one place for long period of time Must be able to work in a cold/wet environment (approx. -20 to 35 degrees) and stand for long periods of time Ensure repack room is clean at the beginning of the shift as well as at the end of the shift Safety, Housekeeping, Security Seat b...Packaging, Transportation, Security
