Location: Deer Park, TX - Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours Assignment Duration: Direct hire. Benefits: Comprehensive company-provided insurance Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring the daily performance of the Glycine unit, providing engineering support and coordinating resources between various departments to ensure safe, reliable and compliant manufacturing of Glycine at optimal costs. Track production metrics and remove bottlenecks to achieve production targets. Track process yields, establish targets/goals. Recommend and show improvement in yields in Glycine. Monitor process conditions to ensure adherence to safety and environmental limits. Participate in plant shutdown/turnaround planning and execution. Assist in the evaluation of any new products and or processes. Learn plant processes and become technical expert both internally and externally.
