Assist with the daily operations of employee housing properties, including basic maintenance, and assisting with tenant affairs. The Housing Attendant helps ensure that the housing units are clean and ready for occupancy, as well as receiving tenant comments, complaints, and requests. Starting wage between $20.75/hr. - $22.84/hr. depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - At least twenty-one (21) years old. Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Must have professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timeliness. Valid California drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
