This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of campus buildings, infrastructure, and utilities while supervising maintenance and power plant staff, managing work orders, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. At CSB, key responsibilities include maintaining campus facilities, managing heating, cooling, water, and electrical systems, overseeing preventive maintenance, and directing energy management.
