The Early Learning Center at the Caylor Nickel Fdn. Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Lead Teacher to join our team with responsibilities of maintaining positive communication, working cooperatively with ELC staff, promoting programs, and ensuring the implementation of the ELC program. - Connect: Communicate effectively with parents, participants, and staff. - Serve: Provide childcare support for the ELC program director and staff. - Lead: Create a safe and enriching classroom where children can participate in fun activities while learning. Requirements. Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as: - Must be at least 18 years of age; prefer an Associates'/ Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Education, or a related field.
