Director, Technology - Enterprise Search and Associate Experience

You will work with our Enterprise Search and Associate Experience team to provide deep technical expertise for Enterprise Search, 3rd Party and internal platforms, and designing large scale solutions and applications to drive Associate Productivity and Experience. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how 3rd Party Platforms integrate and interact with large scale systems within a large, regulated enterprise environment. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and strategic guidance to our engineer, product, and leadership groups. Key responsibilities:Articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for Enterprise Search and Associate Experience platforms. Architect, design, and lead the development integration for an advanced enterprise search system leveraging the latest in AI and Machine Learning.
