Guide Goodwill Career Center clients in best methods to land their desired job. Assist Job Seekers with their Resumes and Cover Letters. Teach individuals how to search and apply for open positions online. Present Career Center workshops on various job search-related topics to clients. Complete daily required documentation and administrative tasks Position Requirements:A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience working with adults, preferably in vocational programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations. Able to engage adult learners, excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel to other Career Center locations for coverage and training purposes. Able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and be organized.
