Job Description :
Supports the A/ R Manager in account analysis and follow-up related to billing issues. Supports the A/ R Manager in monthly account reconciliations, filing of reports, etc. Follows up and resolves A/ R billing issues and errors. Create monthly account journal entries as directed by the Accounts Receivable Manager. Oversee Compliance Inquiry filings to OMIG and other regulatory programs. Responsible for filing the agency's sales tax returns. Responsible for oversight of Community Allowance for HCS Residents. Assists with audits or other tasks from Resident Accounts team. Aids in special projects if needed to identify and improve revenue streams and reporting. Backup other AR team members if needed in case of vacations or other time off. Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance or related experience. Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
