The Elections Deputy Director works under the general supervision of the Elections Director. The Elections Deputy Director performs professional, managerial, and administrative work for the Board of Elections and carries out all duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Elections Director. Reports to the Elections Director of the Craven County Board of Elections. Essential Functions Assist the Director in the administration of all functions of the office of the Board of Elections to comply with General Statutes, mandates and directives by the Executive Director of the North Carolina State Board of Elections in order to effectively comply with North Carolina election laws. Ensures compliance with all State and County issued cyber security directives, including cyber security and physical security.
