A mission-driven, dedicated and clinically experienced Associate Director of Psychological Services to provide strategic leadership and support to the Director of Psychological Services. This role is critical in overseeing the mental health and wellness initiatives for MHS students and ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological services. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical and administrative leadership to a team of 22 psychological services staff (14 full-time, 8 part-time), including psychologists, psychotherapists, behavioral support staff, and administrative professionals. Share 24/7 on-call responsibilities for crisis intervention and emergency mental health needs, including consultations for investigations and student safety concerns.
