Contract Review Analyst
: Job Details :

Review, draft, and summarize the terms within master service agreements (MSA), statements of work (SOW) and other third-party contracts/agreements. Independently negotiate with external parties the terms of MS - As, SO - Ws, and contracts/agreements to align with applicable laws/regulations, and internal policies/practices. Advise internal stakeholders on potential legal risks associated with vendor proposed MS - As, SO - Ws, and other contracts/agreements and propose amendments to mitigate those risks. Work with the Information Security and Privacy teams to ensure the Banks minimum standards are included in all MSA, SO - Ws, and contracts/engagements prior to execution. Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE - Bachelors degree (this role does not require a Juris Doctorate degree).
