IT Support Specialist
: Job Details :

Provides support for users with desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. - Performs hardware setup, basic cable runs and routine troubleshooting - Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, performs system maintenance and assists users with software installation, updates and configuration. - Helps users understand and effectively use technology. - Performs routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure reliability and performance. - Monitors network and system alerts using existing tools; escalates potential security and/or system issues to senior IT staff or external partners as needed. - Documents solutions, processes and common issues to improve team efficiency and user support. - Communicates effectively with users, team members and vendors to resolve issues and coordinate improvements.
