What You'll Do

As a Project Manager / Estimator / Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our crane operations. You'll handle incoming job leads, evaluate customer needs, and build accurate and safe lift plans. Your work will directly contribute to our growth—and for the right person, that may even mean a path to equity in the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound sales inquiries and qualifying leads
• Performing site visits to scope out lifts and customer requirements
• Preparing competitive and accurate crane lift quotes
• Creating 3D Lift Plans using industry-specific software (we'll train if needed)
• Leading on-site efforts as Lift Director (NCCCO preferred or ability to certify)
• Collaborating with operations to ensure job readiness and safety compliance
• Developing strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and expertise
• Promoting a safety-first culture on every project

What You Bring

? Proven experience in crane operations or estimating

? Sales-driven mindset with exceptional customer service skills

? Knowledge of rigging, lift planning, and safety standards

? Strong communication and leadership skills

? Comfortable using or learning lift planning software

? NCCCO Lift Director certification (preferred or willing to obtain)

? Valid driver's license and local travel availability
