The Carlile Group has an immediate need for a full time Architectural I to join our team. Our firm provides full service architectural design, documentation, and administration services to clients from the commercial retail, office, civic, education, healthcare, , light industrial, and residential market sectors.

The current opportunity is offered as a full-time position. Compensation range is anticipated between $45,000 – 55,000 annually paid hourly. Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with employer contribution, performance bonus compensation, paid vacation, and personal time.

Candidate should be fluent in drafting, design, and general office software programs and operating systems including:

· Autodesk AutoCAD

· Autodesk Revit a plus

· Trimble Sketch-up

· Apple OS

· MasterSpec

· Microsoft Office (Including Project)

What will you do?

• Responsible for architectural design, drafting, and development of construction documents, specifications, and construction cost analysis.
• Ability to prepare detailed construction documentation with minimal direction.
• Development of construction schedules and coordination.
• Capable of interacting with clients in a professional manner.
• Motivated to help develop our firm and deliver our high-quality services to our clients.

Education and Experience:

Candidate should have completed coursework and obtained bachelor's degree in architecture or related field; or completion of a 5-year professional undergraduate degree.

Candidate should be enrolled in the Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) Architect Experience Program (AXP) with candidate pursuing licensure.
