Your Role as a Floor Maintenance Specialist

• Maintain floor finishes to promote a safe and inviting environment.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, and periodic refinishing.
• Relocate furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed within the facility.
• Carry out cleaning duties such as washing walls, windows, vacuuming vents, and managing waste disposal.
• Ensure a sanitary and organized facility through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to cleaning schedules.

Qualifications We Seek

• Valid driver's license may be a requirement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of floor care experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Experience in general housekeeping is beneficial.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing at least 30 pounds.
