Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Compensation: $34.01/hr during the first 90 days, increasing to $37.01/hr thereafter

Principal Accountabilities:
- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility.
- Document completed work and conditions in maintenance software.
- Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair various electrical systems, including low, medium, and high voltage.
- Read and comprehend mechanical/electrical schematics and operation manuals.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Repair equipment in proximity to explosives as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and working in elevated areas.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical components and systems.
- Ability to work underground and in various environmental conditions.
- Current ATF certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Predictive and Precision Maintenance certifications.
- High school diploma or GED.
