Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Compensation: $34.01/hr during the first 90 days, increasing to $37.01/hr thereafter

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility.
  • Document completed work and conditions in maintenance software.
  • Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair various electrical systems, including low, medium, and high voltage.
  • Read and comprehend mechanical/electrical schematics and operation manuals.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Repair equipment in proximity to explosives as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and working in elevated areas.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical components and systems.
  • Ability to work underground and in various environmental conditions.
  • Current ATF certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Predictive and Precision Maintenance certifications.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Note: Candidates must pass a Ramsay standardized test and a background check, including an ATF
