- Guide customers through their DNA testing journey with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case information
- Become an expert in DDC's Specialty Testing products and workflows

Qualifications: Qualifications
What You Bring
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- A positive, solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work calmly with sensitive or emotional customer situations
- Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized field
- Adept with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- High school diploma/GED preferred
** Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of a headset and phone to communicate with customers.
- Regular interaction via digital communication platforms.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
