About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will ensure product integrity throughout the distribution process, from receiving to final shipment. Your attention to detail will help maintain quality and temperature standards for all products stored at our facility.

Shifts Available:

• Fresh Produce - 2nd Shift (1:00 pm - 9:30 pm)

• Dry Grocery - 2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am)

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in orders and inventory through established processes.
• Collaborate with truck drivers and unloaders to handle receiving and shipping for Fresh and Frozen foods.
• Maintain quality and temperature standards during safe transfer and storage.
• Adhere to inventory control practices in line with Meijer standards.
• Complete receiving, ordering, and shipping processes accurately.
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout the building.
• Commit to 200% safety accountability.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Your Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Intermediate technology skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong attendance and work record.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain work relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
