We are seeking a candidate for a Lead Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Platform team within Investment Technology. We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Lead AI Developer to drive the development, governance, and adoption of AI tools across Wellington. This role will be instrumental in managing the rollout of OpenAI-based solutions and Microsoft Copilot, with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and responsible AI use. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, , Amazon Bedrock, and will serve as a bridge between engineering, information security, and business stakeholdersespecially within the investor community. RESPONSIBILITIES AI Tool Strategy & Governance Define and maintain standards for when to use Copilot vs. OpenAI vs. other AI tools.
