An Associate will be integrally involved in all facets of Stifel's Venture Banking Team's operations - from portfolio management to deal underwriting to strategic organizational projects. This role intertwines an understanding of accounting and financial principals with an Associate's desire to learn about sector and economic trends impacting the technology companies we work alongside. In joining our San Francisco team, an Associate's role will focus heavily on understanding and contributing withing the active debt processes - structuring, underwriting, and presenting to our credit team. What We're Looking For Involved in and eventually leading portfolio level analytics and reporting, including pipelines, portfolio tracking, board material development, and special projects with Group leads. - Focused on learning about various forms of debt and their applicability to businesses based on each company's unique attributes.
