The Director of Development is the strategic fundraising and marketing leader of Waypoint, responsible for advancing donor engagement, strengthening community relationships, and expanding the agencys visibility and impact. This role develops and implements comprehensive development strategies, oversees donor stewardship and communication efforts, and ensures diversified, sustainable revenue streams to support Waypoints mission and long-term success. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and manages the Resource, Development and Marketing team. This position is salaried at $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fundraising Strategy & Revenue Growth. Oversee all fundraising functions, including individual and corporate giving, annual campaigns, and special events.
