The Director of Business Intelligence Reporting will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise reporting solutions. This role will drive the delivery of high-impact dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake, while fostering a culture of agility, iteration, and innovation. This leader will champion enterprise BI standards and oversee the rationalization, standardization, and onboarding of legacy reports into Mi. NT, our centralized enterprise BI platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong bias for action, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and balances stakeholder needs with fast, iterative report delivery. They will also manage a team of offshore contractors and champion the use of AI-driven capabilities to enhance automation, insight generation, and user experience.
