Job Description :
Lead the housekeeping team. Hire, train, and manage staff. Maintain key systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Oversee repairs and negotiate with vendors. Manage budgets and projects. Ensure timely maintenance and room turnovers. Keep safety logs. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Build rapport with residents and provide excellent service. Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent training/certification with expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen systems Valid boiler license or willingness to obtain certification within a specific timeframe Strong ability to manage personnel, prioritize projects, and work in a team environment Experience in senior living, long-term care, or similar health care settings preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Computer proficiency and ability to work with electronic devices Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Other duties as assigned Why Join Us?
