Plans and manages the operations related to infrastructure and environmental engineering activities; coordinates divisionwide infrastructure replacements and/or upgrades and major maintenance projects; monitors project design, construction progress, and maintenance work, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements. Required. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in construction project planning and management, two (2) years of which shall have been in oversight or supervisory role. Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. Possession of an appropriate, valid motor vehicle operator's license with a good driving record.
