Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine ARNP to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents and adults, including physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, and preventive care. This role works closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical exams, developmental screenings, and routine checkups for patients.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, infections, and injuries in infants, children, adolescents and adults.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and x-rays.
  • Provide patient and family education on wellness, nutrition, immunizations, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current with pediatric healthcare practices.
  • Offer guidance on behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.
  • Provide support for school physicals, sports physicals, and immunization schedules.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current ARNP license in Florida
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of ARNP experience preferred.
  • BLS and PALS certification required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • EMR experience (e.g., Epic, Cerner) preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Outpatient clinic setting.
  • Monday–Friday schedule with weekend or after-hours call rotation.
  • Collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $114,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
